Midnight Foundation announces that Worldpay and Bullish (NASDAQ: BLSH) have joined the node operation alliance, increasing the total number of partners to 10. The move comes ahead of the Kūkolu mainnet launch at the end of March. Midnight is a privacy-focused blockchain developed by the team behind Cardano (ADA), aiming for enterprise standards.
Current partners include Google Cloud, MoneyGram, eToro, Blockdaemon, and Vodafone’s Pairpoint. The partnership model aims to ensure stability and compliance during the initial phase. Bullish contributes liquidity and infrastructure, while Worldpay tests private payment integration. The network will operate under a cooperative mechanism before fully decentralizing in Q3/2026.
