In the POA mechanism, the network authorizes a few trusted nodes as validators, responsible for transaction packaging and Block generation. The identities of these nodes are publicly certified, and after signing with a private key to ensure the legality of the Block, they broadcast it to the network, where the remaining nodes verify and reach Consensus.
POA is widely used in private and consortium blockchains, such as internal audits, supply chain management, and smart contract execution, and some public blockchains also adopt this mechanism to improve efficiency.
POA, as an efficient and secure Blockchain consensus solution, accelerates the adoption of Blockchain applications by authorizing specific nodes to verify transactions, and will play a key role in more scenarios in the future.
