In technical analysis, when prices make Higher Lows (HL) while the momentum oscillator make Lower Lows (LL), this is considered a Hidden Bullish Divergences and it hints at a continuation of an already existing uptrend.
This is currently taking place on altcoins (per $TOTAL3) and this suggests a leg higher to be coming in for the Alt Market Cap...
