ChainCatcher News: According to The Fintech Times, blockchain payment infrastructure company Fipto has officially obtained a payment institution license issued by the French Prudential Regulatory and Settlement Agency (ACPR).
This is the company's second stablecoin-related regulatory license in France, following its registration as a digital asset service provider (DASP). This license enables Paris-based Fipto to send and receive global fiat payments on behalf of third parties, while optimizing the stablecoin transaction process by reducing intermediaries.
