Neutron has completed the chain upgrade and resumed block production

Golden Finance reported that the Cosmos Cross-Chain InteractionSmart Contract platform Neutron has resumed block production. Earlier today, Neutron temporarily paused its network to complete the chain upgrade to fix the CosmWasm vulnerability.
