But I traded 5000U in Futures Trading, and it clearly shows that 2000 will be credited now. I also traded 5000U in Spot, and it shows that 800 will be credited. I estimate that there is a data error again with the Futures Trading.

5000 contracts give 180, while 50000 contracts only give 2000. Your quantity is fine (5000 Spot gives 800, 5000 contracts give 180, a total of 980).

5000合约给180个，50000合约才给2000个啊。你这数量没问题啊（5000现货给800个，5000合约给180个，一共980个）

I am the same, I asked customer service and they said it was risk control.
