The company successfully completed its first round of financing in September 2023, raising $10 million. OrangeX continues to strengthen its compliance by implementing a publicly verifiable reserve proof system to ensure that user assets are fully backed. The exchange holds multiple compliance licenses, including the VASP license in the Czech Republic and MSB registration in the United States.
