The current cryptocurrency market presents an interesting situation. The market for Ethereum (ETH) continues, while the altcoin market has not yet shown clear signs of an upward trend. However, market observations indicate that funds from ETH are gradually flowing into certain altcoins. For example, recently, a large ETH holder converted their holdings of ETH into Chainlink (LINK), and on-chain data shows that funds are gradually positioning in mainstream altcoins and popular secondary tokens.
The current market focus is primarily on decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), and speculative activities related to ETFs. The enthusiasm for artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly decreased, and it is recommended that investors refrain from heavily investing in AI-related projects for the time being and instead wait for clear signs of a price increase before making decisions.
