According to a report from TheBlock on July 31, BlockBeats announced that xTAO, a publicly listed company focusing on Bittensor, holds 41,538 TAO tokens, valued at approximately $16 million, making it the largest holder among publicly listed companies. xTAO officially listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) in Toronto, Canada on July 23, with the stock code XTAO.U. At the time of listing, xTAO also completed a round of subscription receipt financing totaling $22.8 million, with investors including several digital asset venture capital firms, such as Digital Currency Group (DCG), Animoca Brands, Arca, Borderless Capital, and FalconX.
