CBOE applies to the US SEC to add collateral function for Fidelity Ethereum ETF
On March 11th, Cboe BZX Exchange, a subsidiary of the Chicago Options Exchange Group, submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to modify the provisions of the Fidelity Ethereum Fund. The shares of this trust have been approved by the Commission to be listed and traded on the exchange pursuant to BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4).
