This morning, Trump signed an executive order to establish a strategic BTC reserve. The reserve will be capitalized with BTC owned by the federal government, which are confiscated in criminal or civil asset forfeiture proceedings, meaning they will not be purchased from the market.
As soon as the news came out, the market directly fell to around 84600, and the current market is highly manipulated.
