HISTORICAL TURNING POINT: ASSETS OF SPOT BITCOIN ETFs EXCEED $100 BILLION❗️
#GateOpinionQuest #CryptoObservers #escoin #elg
The US-based spot Bitcoin ETFs have passed an important milestone in the investment world by surpassing $100 billion in total assets under management. This development occurred just 10 months after the launch of ETFs in early 2024. In particular, BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) leads the sector with $45 billion in assets. Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Trust (FBTC) ranks second. These products are gaining increasing popularity among both institutional and individual investors.
During this period, the price of Bitcoin broke the record by surpassing $99,000 and further increased interest in ETFs. The daily total trading volume exceeded $5 billion, and there was a net inflow of $1.5 billion into these funds in just the past two days. According to Bloomberg analysts, Bitcoin ETFs are now only 18% behind gold ETFs.
This success solidifies Bitcoin's position in the global financial ecosystem and once again proves that digital assets offer a strong alternative to traditional investments.
