Ethereum maintains bullish momentum ahead of the network's upcoming major upgrade, Dencun.
Ethereum Whale bought $166 million worth of ETH in 3 days
While the Dencun upgrade that will be performed on the Ethereum network is expected to benefit the layer-2 protocol on the network, this upgrade is promoted as an improvement in data availability, bringing Proto Danksharding to the network. At the end of this process, Ethereum Blockchain aim to execute faster and cheaper trades. While experts believe that the upgrade will accelerate Ethereum, they believe its current obstacles, such as slow transactions and low scalability on the network, will be removed. Therefore, the Dencun upgrade is expected to have a positive impact on Ethereum Layer-2 projects.
