Emphasizing that it is their duty to protect investors, Gensler stated that they pay attention to the working conditions of exchanges and specially issued tokens. He also expressed his concerns about conflicting transactions and inadequate risk management on crypto exchanges. While Gensler argued that most cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin are in the status of investment contracts, he also stated that there are some reactions against this view.
