Mexico issues final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese-origin epoxy soybean oil

On March 12, the Mexican Ministry of Economy issued an announcement confirming the anti-dumping ruling on epoxy soybean oil originating from China and Brazil, deciding to impose an anti-dumping duty of $1.71 per kilogram on the Chinese involved products and anti-dumping duties ranging from $0.17 to $1.14 per kilogram on the Brazilian involved products. The tariff classification codes for the involved products are 1518.00.02 and 3812.20.01. The announcement took effect the day after its release. On September 12, 2024, Mexico initiated an anti-dumping investigation on epoxy soybean oil originating from China and Brazil. The dumping investigation period is from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, and the injury investigation period is from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2024.
