Workplace Interpersonal Skills

1. Getting Paid on the First Day: Even if you only work for one day, the company must pay you. This is your legal right, and you should learn to defend it.
2. Avoiding Unproductive Internal Conflicts: Do not get involved in colleagues' gossip or discuss others' shortcomings. In the workplace, speaking less and doing more is always the best solution.
3. Maintaining Your Boundaries: Do not be the "nice guy." For requests beyond your responsibilities or unreasonable demands, refuse decisively and avoid being morally coerced.
4. Not Revealing Your Weaknesses: Do not easily disclose your cards and vulnerabilities in the workplace to prevent others from manipulating or taking advantage of you.
5. Details Affect Workplace Favorability: Small details like closing doors, passing objects, and speaking with proper tact are key to building good rapport in the workplace.
