Ethereum Foundation Launches $$1 Million Security Subsidy Program

The Ethereum Foundation's development organization officially launched a security subsidy program worth $$1 million to support blockchain developers.
Through this program, the Ethereum Foundation will cover up to 30% of security audit costs for projects building on the Ethereum network.
The subsidy can be used to collaborate with more than 20 registered security audit firms participating in the program.
This move aims to raise security standards within the Ethereum ecosystem, as the complexity of smart contracts and exploitation risks increase.
Security audits are a crucial aspect of blockchain application development, especially to prevent losses caused by code vulnerabilities or hacker attacks.
With this subsidy, it is hoped that more developers can access quality audit services without bearing high costs.
The program also reflects the Ethereum Foundation's commitment to maintaining user trust and strengthening the network's security infrastructure.
Amid the rising number of hacking incidents in the crypto industry, this initiative is seen as a proactive step to enhance ecosystem protection overall.
