California-based legal powerhouse continues aggressive growth and expands full-service offerings

Fife’s background spans decades and includes a lengthy stint as General Counsel for national automotive financer Arivo Acceptance. He also served as General Counsel for MEI Group and Ikon Technologies- diverse enterprises spanning consumer finance, automotive retail, fintech, B2B technology, and insurance. Additionally Fife held senior legal roles for Prism One Solutions, LLC and over 40 affiliated entities overseeing complex corporate and transactional efforts.
