Yesterday I was reviewing options positions when suddenly those four words, "time value," hit me again. Buyers get sliced daily, blood dripping even when the market is flat; sellers feel a bit more comfortable since time is on their side, but honestly, they’re just trading tail risk for that slow, steady profit. I tend to be more cautious: I’d rather eat less than risk getting pierced by a needle someday.

By the way, I want to complain a bit about how on-chain data tools and tagging systems are said to be lagging and can even be misleading—I can relate... Sometimes, when you look at "what smart money is doing," it’s actually just a shadow from a few hours ago. The same goes for options; the real enemy is often not the direction but time and your own patience. Let’s leave it at that for now, and take it slow.
