April 15 Morning Market Brief: BTC/ETH Retreats After Key Resistance, Support Can Be Used for Low Buying
1. Market Review
Last night, BTC bulls surged with increased volume, reaching the important resistance level of 76,000 before encountering resistance and pulling back, accelerating downward in the early morning, with a low of 73,760.
ETH rose in tandem, breaking through the 2,400 level during the session, reaching a high of 2,416 before falling back, with a low of around 2,300 in the early morning.
In external markets, the three major U.S. stock indices closed higher, supported by positive news and institutional buying, pushing BTC and ETH to new highs. However, it is noteworthy that during the early hours, there was no obvious negative news (U.S. stocks did not turn down, and there were no negative developments in the news), yet the crypto market experienced a standalone decline mainly driven by technical pressure and pullback.
2. Technical Structure Analysis
From a small timeframe perspective, since rebounding from the 65,000 level, although there have been several pullbacks, the overall trend remains in a sideways upward pattern.
Currently, the decline has halted near 73,700, with short-term support focusing on 73,000.
The 1-hour MA60, 2-hour MA30, and the middle band of the 4-hour Bollinger Bands are all around 72,500, forming a short-term support zone.
The daily chart has formed a complete "U-shaped" bottoming pattern.
Additionally, U.S. President (Trump) publicly stated that "the war with Iran has ended," which is a short-term positive for risk assets and may push BTC/ETH to rebound again.
3. Morning Trading Strategy (Primarily Low Buying)
BTC Trading Suggestions:
Entry Point: Buy near 74,500
Add Positions: 74,000
Target Range: 75,500 – 76,000
ETH Trading Suggestions:
Entry Point: Buy near 2,330
Add Positions: 2,300
Target Range: 2,370 – 2,400
Risk Reminder: The above strategies are based on current technical and news analysis, with a focus on low buying during the morning session. If the price effectively breaks below the add position area, re-evaluate the support validity and implement proper stop-loss management.
