Last night, I couldn't sleep because of unrealized losses. The alarm went off twice, and I was still tossing and turning. Honestly, when I have unrealized gains, my mind automatically thinks "not yet realized," but unrealized losses feel like they've already been taken out of my pocket, even if it's just on paper... People are just so stubborn that way. I also know that according to the plan, I should wait until my emotions settle before looking for opportunities, but the impact of red and green on my heart rate is completely unequal.

Recently, AI agents and automated trading have become popular topics again. In the group, many people are talking about "letting robots handle my trades." I find it quite tempting but also a bit anxious: I can't tell who is just spinning stories, but the pitfalls like on-chain authorization and contract security—if I fall into those, it won't be just the annoying unrealized losses. Anyway, I’ve already set my alarm half an hour earlier. When I wake up, I’ll check my positions and authorizations first, so I don’t let loss aversion mess me up.
