People’s Financial News, April 2 — Everbright Securities (601788) announced on April 2 that the company previously disclosed information regarding the offshore project transaction entity JINXIN INC. (Cayman Jinxin) of the Jinxin Fund and related litigation involving MPS company’s former selling shareholders RICCARDO SILVA, ANDREA RADRIZZANI, and other individuals and institutions. Recently, Cayman Jinxin received a judgment, with the High Court of England and Wales ruling to dismiss all claims that Cayman Jinxin’s claims against defendant RICCARDO SILVA, his special purpose entity RICCARDO SILVA HOLDING DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY, and MARCO AULETTA involved fraudulent misrepresentations. MPS’s offshore project has experienced many setbacks over the years. With the announcement of this offshore litigation result, it signals the end of MPS’s offshore troubles. The announcement states that the above judgment is not expected to have a significant impact on the company’s overall operating performance for the current or future periods.
