Just now, my phone popped up a red dot saying "Task Progress +1," and for a moment I thought it was an alert from some blockchain... Turns out it was the points platform during airdrop season urging me to check in, making it feel like a witch hunt, as if I was clocking in for work. Honestly, the most tempting time to get emotional is when you're losing on a trade: reluctant to cut the losing position, still hoping to "hold on a bit longer to break even and fill up the points." Stop-loss really is like a breakup—drag it out longer, the pain gets worse, with fees and funding rates daily deducted, and your mindset gets drained. Anyway, I’d rather accept the loss and shut it down, returning to the self-custody approach: keep the hardware wallet safe, revoke permissions if possible, spend less time staring at charts, and sleep more... for now, that’s it.
