According to a report by the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency on April 1, Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization spokesperson Kamalvandi said that an attack on Iran’s safeguarded nuclear facilities violates international principles, and that attacks targeting Iran’s heavy water facilities constitute a “war crime.” Iran will pursue legal remedies at both domestic and international levels.
