First, the price is already close to the resistance zone, and the upside potential and risk-reward ratio are average.
Second, the active buying volume isn't strong enough; there's still a lack of momentum for a breakout upward.
To add one more point, BTC isn't strong; only altcoins have room for a waterfall decline. If BTC shows a strong trend on the 15-minute or 1-hour chart, then abandon the short chase directly.

But what we fear most at this level is the resistance being broken through with high volume.
