The Korean government announced on Tuesday that, driven by the global AI (Artificial Intelligence) boom and strong growth in semiconductor demand, South Korea’s exports of information and communication technology (ICT) products in March more than doubled compared to the same period last year. According to the Korea Ministry of Science and ICT, last month’s ICT product exports reached $43.51 billion, up from $20.52 billion in the same month last year, setting a record for the highest in the same month in history.
