Hehui Optoelectronics announced on April 8 that its Deputy General Manager, Liang Xiao, has applied to resign from his Deputy General Manager position for personal reasons, and the company’s board of directors has approved his resignation application. In order to meet the company’s business development needs, the company appointed Wang Zhengyan as Deputy General Manager. The term shall begin on the date the board of directors approves the appointment and end on the date the second session of the board of directors expires.
