CryptoWorld News, April 14 (UTC+8). According to official sources, Scroll announced an important proposal regarding the Scroll protocol and governance operations. The team proposed dissolving the Security Council and transferring the protocol management authority to the Scroll Admin multi-signature address. The transition is expected to be completed within the next ten days. Scroll said that the Security Council’s costs are no longer reasonable compared with actual usage in the past few quarters, and that resources should be better used for product development and growth. Scroll will work with major stakeholders to find a new Security Council structure that is better suited to current market conditions.
