Deep beneath more than 8,000 meters of earth, there are trillion-cubic-meter oil and gas treasures, but with temperatures exceeding 210°C and pressures over 140MPa, extreme formation conditions make resource extraction extremely difficult. Under the overall deployment of China National Petroleum Corporation, the first set of 175MPa ultra-high pressure wellhead equipment independently developed by Tarim Oilfield was designed to withstand high temperatures, high pressure, and stable control, with a pressure capacity 25% higher than traditional equipment. It set a domestic record with a wellhead pressure of 154.68MPa in the Tarim Basin, successfully overcoming environmental limits, filling the gap in safe extraction equipment for ultra-deep oil and gas in China, and providing a strong guarantee for achieving autonomous and controllable high-end equipment and safeguarding national energy security.
