According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ monitoring, on April 1st, the “Agricultural Product Wholesale Price Index 200” was 119.27, down 0.26 points from yesterday, and the wholesale price index for “vegetable basket” products was 120.40, down 0.30 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural product wholesale markets was 15.33 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday; beef was 66.27 yuan/kg, down 0.2%; mutton was 64.77 yuan/kg, up 0.7%; eggs were 7.68 yuan/kg, down 1.5%; and whole chickens were 17.21 yuan/kg, down 0.1%. The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.58 yuan/kg, down 2.1% from yesterday; the average price of the 6 key monitored fruits was 7.69 yuan/kg, down 0.1%. Crucian carp was 19.67 yuan/kg, down 0.5%; carp was 14.38 yuan/kg, up 0.9%; white silver carp was 10.49 yuan/kg, down 1.1%; large hairtail was 40.61 yuan/kg, down 3.3%.
