ME News report, April 2 (UTC+8), the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on launching the special action of inclusive computing power empowering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. It said that innovative computing power services should adopt an inclusive model.

Improve the SME zone on China’s Computing Power Platform, the computing resource docking zone in the China SME Service Network, and the National Computing Power Internet Service Node zone (collectively referred to as the SME platform zones), and promote precise matching between SME demand and the supply of computing power resources. Roll out flexible payment models such as charging by “card hours,” “verified hours,” and Token-based billing.

Explore innovative businesses such as “computing power banks” and “computing power supermarkets,” support SMEs in depositing idle computing power resources, and enable flexible access and use through cross-region and cross-cycle scheduling.

Implement the AI SME entrepreneurship support plan, and encourage relevant local authorities to provide subsidies in the form of “computing power coupons,” “storage coupons,” and “transportation coupons” through the SME platform zones to SMEs that align with industry-oriented development, simplifying the process of obtaining and using these resources.
