Top YouTuber MrBeast's company Beast Industries' acquisition of fintech company Step in February is under review by U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren. Warren sent a letter requesting MrBeast disclose his future plans regarding teen participation in cryptocurrency and NFT investments, and demanding clarification by April 3 on how the app will be marketed and how user funds will be protected. It is reported that Step previously allowed minors to buy, sell, and hold crypto assets in 2022.
