Citizen Mr. Cao: I have my housing provident fund contributions in Shangrao. I purchased a second-hand house in full in this city on May 18, 2025, and have already processed a housing withdrawal once this year. Can I withdraw again this year?

Shangrao Housing Provident Fund Management Center: According to policy regulations: If a depositor purchases a self-occupied house in our city in full after November 2, 2023 (inclusive), and does not have a housing loan for that property or a housing provident fund loan, and the property is under their name at the time of withdrawal, they can apply for housing fund withdrawal once a year within 5 years from the date of obtaining the property ownership certificate. There is no need to wait 12 months between two withdrawals. If no withdrawal is made in a year, it is considered a waiver. The total amount withdrawn cannot exceed the total house price. Your property is still within the valid withdrawal period. As long as there is no housing provident fund loan, the property remains under your name, and the total withdrawal amount does not exceed the house price, you can apply for a withdrawal in 2026 as usual.
