Colombian military aircraft crashes, resulting in 34 deaths

A reporter from the Central Station learned that on March 23 local time, the governor of Putumayo Province in Colombia stated that the military aircraft crash that day has resulted in 34 deaths. On the morning of March 23 local time, a Colombian Air Force C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff in southwestern Putumayo Province. At that time, there were 125 people on board. There is no evidence indicating the aircraft was attacked externally. The cause of the accident is under investigation. (CCTV News)
