Why has the AI “14th Five-Year Plan” Mineral Exploration Action achieved such impressive results?

Recently, the Ministry of Natural Resources announced that China’s new round of strategic mineral exploration breakthroughs has yielded new results: solid mineral deposits have been discovered in Mianyang, Sichuan, and Dangchang, Gansu, including rare earths, fluorite, barite, and antimony.

According to reports, during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, China’s new round of strategic mineral exploration has delivered outstanding results: the discovery of 10 billion-ton oil fields and 19 large gas fields, with significant increases in key mineral resources such as uranium, copper, gold, lithium, and potash. Notable resource bases include Tibet’s ultra-billion-ton copper deposits, Shandong Laizhou Xiling’s super-large gold deposits, and Sichuan Yajiang’s Asia’s largest single lithium mine, among others.
