Tianyancha’s employment information shows that Dong Mingzhu is associated with 24 companies, of which 10 are active or in operation, including Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. and Gree Electronics Commerce Co., Ltd. Dong Mingzhu serves as the legal representative, chairwoman, and other positions in these companies. More than 10 other companies have been deregistered or revoked. Notably, in January of this year, Dong Mingzhu resigned as the legal representative and executive director of Zhuhai Gree Electronic Components Co., Ltd.
