The Fear Index was at 8 a few days ago, and 15 yesterday. BTC bounced back from 65K to 70K. Someone in the group said, "The most panic has passed," but 15 still indicates extreme fear... Last time, we stayed at this level for two weeks, then another round of decline. Is this the starting point of a rebound, or just a halftime break before the next wave of panic?
