Dollar Index plunges, non-U.S. currencies rise across the board

After the CPI data release, the US dollar index DXY briefly fell nearly 20 points, currently at 96.87. Non-dollar currencies generally rose, with EUR/USD briefly climbing over 20 points and GBP/USD briefly rising over 30 points.
