LONDON, February 24, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amsterdam & Partners LLP today announces that it will represent fintech platform Solfy and its principal investor, Maksim Poletaev, in a contractual dispute with the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU).
Following the collapse of a business relationship between the two sides, Mr. Poletaev and his associates have been subjected to serious threats by representatives of the NBU.
Founder and Managing Partner of Amsterdam & Partners LLP, Robert Amsterdam, with decades of experience in the region, including Uzbekistan, is being brought into the case as international counsel, joining the local legal team in Tashkent.
