“Moved down 60% of the time” is a very vague and unspecific stat. 1% move down? Meaningless. But a 10% move? That’s why I made the EL Score which ranks stocks based on a 10% move up or down after reports, among other factors. Less noise/ambiguity, more clarity/transparency :
