Over the past year, multiple organizations such as Longyuan Power (001289), Mencius Research Institute, Huaibei Public Security Traffic Police, and Yongzhou Public Security Traffic Police have successively sent formal thank-you letters to Baidu Intelligent Cloud, recognizing its practical achievements in projects like Baidu’s multimodal professional visual large model, Baidu Intelligent Cloud KeYue Digital Employee, and Baidu Intelligent Cloud Traffic SaaS Credit Control. Compared to technical launch events, these frontline business feedbacks perhaps better illustrate the real changes happening in the industry due to AI.

KeYue, Yijian, and other application products have gained market and institutional recognition through tangible results

Baidu Intelligent Cloud’s first ultra-realistic 3D “Digital Mencius” has officially been implemented in Zoucheng. By combining 3D stereoscopic modeling with large model dialogue capabilities, historical figures are no longer static displays but become “cultural tourism hosts” capable of expressing emotions and interacting, helping visitors deepen their understanding of Confucian thought through interactive conversations.

Behind this project is Baidu Intelligent Cloud KeYue, an enterprise-level marketing agent covering the entire marketing journey. It integrates digital human real-person-level imagery technology with deep understanding of large models for complex scenarios and industry know-how, demonstrating three main technical advantages: first, a “dual-mode engine” that combines vertical scene expert models with general large models for intelligent dialogue; second, a real-person-level interactive experience based on Baidu’s self-developed end-to-end speech and language large model; third, character presentation that combines high-precision 4D driving, full skeletal animation, and real-time rendering technology.

Longyuan Power has partnered deeply with Baidu Intelligent Cloud on key tasks such as scene intelligence development, combining new energy station safety production needs. Based on the existing video surveillance system and cloud-edge architecture, both parties have built a centralized safety production management system covering Longyuan Power headquarters, provincial monitoring centers, and new energy stations. This system deploys intelligent algorithms for personnel safety recognition and equipment status detection, enabling smart analysis of safety hazards, timely detection, automatic reporting, handling, and statistics, thereby comprehensively improving production levels and centralized control efficiency.

One of the core intelligent agents behind this project is Baidu Yijian. As a multimodal visual management platform, Baidu Yijian continues to deepen visual intelligence, explore integration with industrial applications, and expand into key scenarios such as safety production and process management. It has now been deployed in over 20 industries including power, steel, mining, and ports.

Beyond customer appreciation, products like KeYue, Yijian, and Smart Transportation have also gained recognition from multiple external organizations by 2025, being included in over 40 rankings and certifications such as the Sullivan Agent list, Quantum Bit’s noteworthy AIGC products, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s metaverse case studies, and China Academy of Information and Communications Technology’s digital transformation case studies.

Baidu Intelligent Cloud supports industry-wide AI integration

In transportation, Baidu Intelligent Cloud leverages internet big data, map data, and AI technology to develop a series of traffic agents focused on smart traffic management, smart highways, intelligent connected vehicles, and smart industries, meeting the needs of integrated vehicle-road-cloud systems, congestion relief, and highway digitalization policies.

Based on practical deployments in Yongzhou and Huaibei, after optimization via Baidu Intelligent Cloud SaaS credit control platform, Yongzhou’s main urban area experienced a 19% reduction in average vehicle delay, with citizens passing traffic lights smoothly and feeling safer during peak hours. In Huaibei, the average delay decreased by 15%, with over 70% of citizens satisfied, and the optimization results widely recognized.

In finance, Baidu Intelligent Cloud’s Smart Finance Agent has created a product matrix covering trading, risk compliance, investment research, and sales scenarios. It also jointly launched China’s first large language model strategy index product—the “Gaodu Index” (Huazheng Gaodu Large Language Model Stable 50 Strategy Index) with GaoHua Securities.

In healthcare, Baidu Intelligent Cloud Lingyi Zhihui Agent has partnered deeply with Beijing’s 114 appointment registration platform to develop and launch an intelligent triage feature. With strong technical expertise in medical AI and extensive scenario implementation experience, Baidu Intelligent Cloud Lingyi has also become one of the first ecological partners of the national AI application pilot base (medical sector).
