Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Guo Binlu) reported that on the evening of March 6, Shabu Shabu Group released its financial forecast for 2025. The forecast shows that the group expects revenue of approximately 3.8 billion RMB in 2025; net loss of 290-310 million RMB, narrowing by 22.2%-27.2% compared to 398 million RMB in 2024.

In response to the high-quality and diversified consumer demand trends, Shabu Shabu Group will launch a new brand, “Shabu Pasture,” in 2025, focusing on social scenarios for young people and creating a self-serve small hotpot that combines high quality with affordable prices. Additionally, the group is expanding into new sectors by launching a new brand, “Shabu Steak.”

Furthermore, in 2025, Shabu Shabu Group will initiate two rounds of the “Phoenix Returns Home” partnership program. Currently, 13 stores have started this program, with over 50 people joining as internal partners. Partner stores have achieved a profit margin of 30%.

Mr. He Guangqi, founder and chairman of Shabu Shabu Group, stated that the group’s long-term profitability goals are clear. The catering industry has entered a critical stage of refined operations and upgrading transformation. The trend toward higher-quality consumption is becoming more evident, and industry competition is shifting from scale expansion to quality competition. The group believes that only by maintaining a focus on quality, developing multiple brands collaboratively, strengthening talent empowerment, and deepening innovation can it navigate industry cycles and achieve high-quality, sustainable development.
