CICC's three fools unanimously agree to revise the annual report disclosure time, good news is approaching

Dongxing Securities has revised the annual report disclosure date to March 28th, the same as CICC and Cinda. They are expected to hold a board meeting to review the merger plan and also submit it to the shareholders’ meeting for approval, advancing the merger process.

Previously, Dongxing and Cinda were not under Huijin; they were transferred by the Ministry of Finance. Only Orient Asset Management and Cinda Asset Management were included under Huijin. Now, they plan to integrate CICC as well.
