An investor asked Zhaochi Co., Ltd. (002429.SZ) when the indium phosphide production line will be put into operation.

On March 6, the company responded on the interactive platform that the company’s optical chips use indium phosphide / gallium arsenide raw materials. Currently, the DFB laser chip is in the small-batch shipment stage.
