On February 24th, the General Administration of Customs approved and accepted the completion of Phase II of the Xiong’an Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Phase II of the Xiong’an Bonded Zone focuses on emerging industries such as high-end manufacturing, smart logistics, research and development, and testing and maintenance. It enhances coordinated development with ports like Tianjin Port and Daxing International Airport, and optimizes customs clearance models such as “zone-port linkage”; vehicle entry and exit are “contactless,” and business data is “visible in real-time.” The acceptance area for Phase II of the Xiong’an Bonded Zone is 0.21 square kilometers, marking the full national acceptance of the entire zone. The high-level opening-up platform of the Xiong’an Bonded Zone has advanced further, with industries such as cross-border e-commerce, bonded R&D, and financial leasing gathering more closely. It has become an important window for linking global resources and factors between Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
