Huaxia Happiness announced on March 1st that the Intermediate People’s Court of Langfang City, Hebei Province, has accepted the company’s pre-reorganization case and appointed Huaxia Happiness Judicial Reorganization and Liquidation Team as the temporary administrator during the pre-reorganization period. The temporary administrator has decided to publicly recruit potential reorganization investors during the pre-reorganization process, aiming to provide additional funds and resources through these investors, coordinate and advance the pre-reorganization and reorganization (if any) work of Huaxia Happiness, and lawfully protect the legitimate rights and interests of creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
