Coupled with still low temperatures, the logging process for farmers has slowed down, and market resource supply has decreased, providing some support to the market. Regarding pulp companies, purchasing policies have generally stabilized, and the willingness to adjust prices before the holiday has weakened. As of February 5, the average price of poplar net chips in the Shandong market was around 1,305 yuan per dry ton, remaining stable compared to the end of last month. As the Spring Festival approaches, trading in the wood chip market may further slow down, with price fluctuations weak and overall market in a stalemate and consolidation phase.
