Operation Review:

Tuwei Information surged then fell back, breaking the moving average for profit-taking. Huasheng Tiancheng cleared positions at the open.

Today, after a huge volume in the market bidding, the market didn’t open much lower. Fearing a further decline, I exited early. Who would have thought that today nearly broke a new high?

II. Market Recap:
The index opened low and moved higher, with a volume of 30,207 billion. The intercontinental oil and gas large order was a single line during bidding. After the open, the oil sector surged then fell back; tech sectors rotated and recovered. Taijia Shares hit the limit up, Yunnan Energy Control and Huasheng Tiancheng turned red and surged, Tianfu Communications turned red to a new high, Changfei Optical Fiber turned red and hit the board. Domestic and international computing power sectors rotated and recovered, but near noon, Tianfu Communications plunged, and computing power, oil, and US-Iran themes flowed back. The index once approached the previous high.
The market opened slightly lower today with a small decline. Hot sectors didn’t show significant loss effects, and the oil sector wasn’t too consistently misleading, providing a new high for inflows. The most unexpected thing was that the index almost hit a new high. I initially thought the index would at most stabilize and support the market, but it surprisingly aimed for a new high. This was somewhat unexpected, possibly due to major news during the meeting. For now, treat it as sector rotation, mainly focusing on the tech and US-Iran themes that exceeded expectations today, especially oil, which has long-term logic. Since it’s rotation, participation should wait for divergence to see core stocks. Afterwards, just wait for the meeting news to drive the hype. The index exceeding expectations suggests there should be major news during the meeting, so keep an eye on that. Today, the index near the previous high is expected to see reduced volume tomorrow, so the probability of a pullback due to divergence is higher. Focus on the divergence opportunities in the core stocks of the two main sectors, with rotation arbitrage expectations. The big opportunity still depends on the meeting outcome.
