He pointed out that companies must shift from “people-led” management to “system, data, and AI-driven” management. The essence of management is to leap from experience-based decisions to data-driven decisions; growth requires a “dual-wheel drive” of optimizing existing markets and expanding new markets, grasping industry consolidation trends and national strategic opportunities to achieve exponential growth.

He stated that placing the right people in the right positions is the prerequisite for tenfold growth. He called for establishing an AI Strategy Committee focused on practical application scenarios; at the same time, accelerating independent brand operations and new business layouts to complete strategic and talent deployment before trends arrive.

Lu Tonghua encouraged all staff with the “long-termism” from the ten commandments for cadres—“persevere with patience,” anchoring the original intention of “building a good platform for the people,” and making decisions based on those who can hear the gunfire. Embracing change, he aims to drive Millennium Boat Group’s exponential growth.
