Russia and Ukraine claim to have shot down each other's approaching drones and other aerial targets

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the 24th that from 11 p.m. on the 23rd to 7 a.m. on the 24th, Russian air defense systems intercepted and shot down 79 Ukrainian drones in multiple locations. This included 21 in Belgorod Province, 15 in Krasnodar Krai, 15 over the Black Sea, and 11 in Crimea. According to the Ukrainian Air Force’s report on the 24th, starting from 6 p.m. on the 23rd, Russian forces launched Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 133 drones toward Ukraine. As of 8:30 a.m. on the 24th, Ukrainian forces had intercepted and shot down 111 drones. (CCTV News)
